Caspian Horse
‘Caspian Horse’ – reflecting the Persian tradition by Artist Aza Nasamehr. This sculpture is a texture mixture of Marlik art and traditional ancient art which made of clay. This piece of art shows the old an historical tradition art from Persia. It has also a mixture of flower and horses because the Horse symbolizes prehistory, and the first civilized, written acknowledgement of the Horse comes in the third millennium BC where historians uncovered slate tablets in Elam (present day Iran) with reference to this noble, wild beast.
Due to its natural companionship with man in both work and art, the horse easily wins a special seat in history, ranking high marks of honour, reverence and symbolism.
The Classical Harp
The harp is a stringed musical instrument that has a number of individual strings running at an angle to its soundboard; the strings are plucked with the fingers. The harp holds significance in history and relilgion across the world. The artist has created this musical instrument by carving wood and attaching strings that can play music. Creating a professional musical instruments from a log of wood isn’t a cakewalk and what we see here is a masterpiece by Nasr.
The Violady
“Love like a violin. The Music may stop now and then, but the strings remain forever”. Just like a woman brings symphony to ones life, it is a violin that brings rhythm. It fills the life with happiness, love and brings the greatest joy that takes you through the life. The artist here has tried to combine both these to show the true symphony.
